Everything below is negotiable on repeat orders. These are starting points, not walls.
Minimum order
Low. We would rather start you with a small mixed test order that sells through than a pallet that sits. Mixed cases across categories are fine.
Lead time
Stock items ship in about a week. Anything hand felted to order, custom colourways or larger runs, takes three to five weeks depending on volume.
Custom colourways
We match wool and bead colours to your store palette or a seasonal range at no surcharge on repeat orders. Send a swatch or a hex code.
Private label
Your hang tags, your care cards, your packaging. We can also supply unbranded so you tag in store.
Merchandising
Counter display cards and hang tags are included on every wholesale order. Ask about a bracelet counter spinner.
Seasonal planning
Christmas colourways need to be ordered by September. Nursery and baby shower ranges peak in spring, so order in February.
