Coral and cream herringbone hemp on the outside, and a printed cotton lining in orange and green florals that you only see when you unzip it. We line every bag, but on this one we chose a print worth showing.
Compact, sits neatly at the waist, and takes a phone, cards, keys and a lipstick. The zip runs the full length of the top so the whole bag opens flat.

About the hemp
Nepali hemp grows in the hills without irrigation, fertiliser or pesticide. It is cut, retted in river water, stripped, spun by hand and woven on treadle looms. The cloth starts stiff and turns soft and supple after a season of use, and it resists mildew and abrasion far better than cotton.
